①一般不用复数形式。

【例】Party A undertakes to supply in one lot a complete set of equipment and materials for asparagus processing line.

甲方负责整批供应全套芦笋加工流水线的设备与器材。

②间或用复数形式equipments，指各种设备，但前面不能加用two，some等数量词。

【例】We have not yet got all the necessary equipments for the manufacture of machine tools.

制造机床的各种必要的设备，我们还没有全部收到。

【例】We may find an equitable solution to the dispute through amicable negotiation.

我们可以通过友好商议找到一项解决此项争议的办法。

equity

产权，权益

【例】The Foreign Economic Law stipulates that contracts for Chinese-foreign equity and cooperative joint ventures, and for the joint exploitation and development of natural resources within the territory of the PRC, must be governed by Chinese law.
